All About The Abs. It's the area most people struggle with. Get shredded and sculpted with this ab routine! Every exercise is to be done for 30 seconds. Its a circuit so every exercise is to be done back to back.Feel free to stop and pause for a quick second if you have too. Try to push yourself to the 30 sec goal. 3-4 sets of 30 sec Rest for only 30 sec to a min between sets
